Effects Panel: Dehaze -25 (this is the key to the soft, hazy glow).
Color Grading Panel:
Highlights: Hue ~45 (Golden), Saturation ~35.
Masking: Add a Radial Gradient over the background trees/sun. Inside mask, Exposure +0.40, Highlights +15.
Masking: Add a Radial Gradient over the house. Inside mask, Clarity +10 (to counteract the global Dehaze).
